Man Arrested for Exposing His Manhood To A Lady

A man was arrested Thursday in connection with exposing himself to a woman as she was cleaning a hotel room in Vacaville, California, USA.

Jessie Montero, 30, was taken into custody while riding his bike near his home, Vacaville police said.

Police said the incident began around noon when the victim saw Montero following her as she walked into work at the hotel.

A short time after, as the victim was cleaning a hotel room, Montero walked in, exposed his penis and made sexual comments to her, police said. The victim then told Montero to leave and he did. The victim then called police.

During the investigation, officers identified Montero as the suspect and found that he was on parole, police said.

Officers then began keeping an eye out for Montero around his home. Police said a few hours later, an officer spotted Montero on a bike near Peabody and Elmira roads.

Officers responded to the scene and arrested Montero, police said. He was booked into Solano County Jail on charges of indecent exposure and parole violation.
