You will be surprised to see how easy it can be to remember difficult concepts and multiple dates once you establish good study habits, use some active learning tips to really cement the information in your brain, and use memory tricks to help make remembering easier. Method One of Three: Planning for Success Approach studying in a positive manner. If you crack open the books while in a bad mood about having to study, you won’t have an effective study session. However, if you are motivated about what you are about to learn, you will have an easier time learning it and remembering it come test time. [1] Don’t tell yourself, “I’m never going to learn this.” Be patient with yourself as you try to master new ma...

How Much Sugar Is There In Coke?

Most of us are probably tempted by a can of Coke every now and again, though we all know it’s not exactly good for our bodies. But do you know how much sugar there actually is inside that can? Hint: it’s enough to give you diabetes.A  recent study by Public Health Liverpool noted that there is around 54g of sugar in a 500ml bottle of coke, or to put it another way, that’s a whopping 13.5 sugar cubes. With numbers like that it’s no wonder the fizzy stuff is bad for us, and researchers at Cambridge University confirmed that Coke, as well as other sugar drinks, significantly increase our risk of developing type 2 diabetes. In fact, the study found that cutting out just one such sugary drink each day can reduce your risk of developing the disease by 25%. With around 3 million people suffering from type 2 diabetes in Britain alone, with that figure estimated to rise to 5 million by 2025, it’s safe to say it is a problem in need of attention. Earlier this year George Osborne ...

Meet The Man Who Hasn't Had A Face Wash In Over 60 Years

This is Haji, an 80 year old Iranian who claims cleanliness makes him sick so has not had a face wash in over sixty years. While most of us like to stay clean by washing, brushing our teeth and doing other hygienic things there is one man who hasn`t washed nearly all his life, meet Haji. Haji currently lives in isolation in Dejgah village, in Southern Iran. Whether being in isolation is of his own choosing or whether it`s because of the unbearable smell we are uncertain. Because of the lack of a face wash for so many years his skin has become the color of Earth. In fact it has become a kind of camouflage making him difficult to spot at a distance. His entire self maintenance is extremely bizarre to the likes of you and me but to Haji it`s normal. For example when he needs a hair cut or a shave Haji prefers to burn his hair rather than cut it. If you think that is strange enough then listen to his peculiar eating habits. Haji doesn`t like fresh meat or water. He ...

Lukaku Has No Doubts Solskjaer Will Get Man U Job

Romelu Lukaku says there is "no doubt" that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will remain on as Manchester United manager going forward. The one loss came against Paris Saint-Germain, a 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford, but Manchester United miraculously overcame that defeat with a 3-1 win at Parc des Princes on Wednesday to seal a spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. With that achievement, Solskajer has all but solidified his status going forward, with Lukaku saying he's completely confident the boss will stay on. "I know he's going to stay. There's no doubt about that," Lukaku told Viasport. "He wants to stay. The players want him to stay. We're doing really well. Manchester united on fire

Manchester United made Champions League history as Marcus Rashford's last-gasp penalty secured a 3-1 win away to Paris Saint-Germain, sending the English side through on away goals after a 2-0 loss in the first leg. No side had ever progressed in a knockout match in Europe's elite competition after losing a home first leg by two or more goals, but United did the unthinkable, Rashford adding to Romelu Lukaku's brace after VAR drama. Although PSG controlled the first half, seeing 76 per cent of the ball, Thilo Kehrer and Gianluigi Buffon were guilty of gifting the in-form Lukaku two goals either side of Juan Bernat's equaliser, meaning United led at the break. PSG looked as though they had done enough, but with the use of technology, Presnel Kimpembe was penalised for handball and Rashford emphatically dispatched the opportunity, seeing the Ligue 1 team eliminated at the last-16 stage for a third year in succession.
